What if I'm not sure which package is right for me?
No problem. Get in touch and we can work it out together before anything is confirmed.
Can I upgrade to a higher package later?
Yes. If your needs grow during the project, you can upgrade at any point. Any difference in cost is simply added to your remaining balance.
How long does it take to get started once I've chosen a package?
Usually within a few days of receiving your content and confirming the brief. The sooner your content is ready, the sooner we can begin.
What if I need more pages than my package includes?
Additional pages can be added at any time. Each extra page is £200, scoped and agreed before being scheduled into the build.
Are there any hidden costs I should know about?
No. Everything is agreed upfront before work begins. Hosting and domain costs are separate and sit outside the project fee.

Can I update the website myself after launch?
Yes. Where relevant, the site can be set up so you can easily update content yourself, especially for blogs, articles, or case studies.
What if I need more than one CMS collection?
The Premium package includes one CMS collection. Additional collections can be added as an extra, available only on projects that include a CMS setup.
Is SEO included?
Basic on-page SEO setup is included, page titles, structure, and general best practice. Full SEO strategy or ongoing SEO work is not included.
What if I need a blog or editable content?
That requires a CMS setup, which is included in the Premium package.
Will my website work on mobile?
Yes. All websites are designed to be fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Hosting, domain & ongoing support
Is hosting included?
By default, hosting and domain are set up in your own account so you have full ownership and control. Guidance is provided to help you get everything connected. If you prefer a more hands-off approach, hosting can be managed for you through an optional Care Plan.
How does payment work?
Projects are split into two payments: 50% upfront to secure the work, and 50% on completion before launch.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Not as standard. Ongoing updates, maintenance, or support can be arranged separately through an optional Care Plan if needed.
Is hosting included?
